Hot Yoga (Series class): set of postures done sequentially to stretch the whole body. Suitable for all levels.
Hot Flow: combination of movements and breathing focus on alignment.
Yin/Yang: a combination of passive (yin) and active (yang) poses. Long passive holds to open and energize connective tissues and active poses to increase strength and flexibility. (September 18 and 25 @ 5:30 pm)
Scent Yoga Class: practice with essential oils, candles, music and stone. (September 3, 10, 24 @ 8:00 pm and September 5 @ 11:30 am)
Power Flow Yoga: Focusing on strength, balance, endurance, cleansing, core strengthening that will relaxed and energized at the same time. This is a pre-registered class every Saturday @ 4:00 pm, to register please call or visit the studio.
NON-HEATED CLASSES:
Hatha 1: balance mind and body through postures and controlled breathing
Restorative-Yin: combination of restorative postures and long held deep hip openers, props (bolsters, blocks, straps) are use to support the body and allow the muscles to relax.
Pilates: movements to stretch and strengthen muscle groups without tearing and rebuilding the muscles into shorter and bulkier shape. The class will be focus on proper alignment, body awareness to develop flexibility, core strength and endurance. This will be a good complement with your yoga practice.
